Child Safety Policy

Gooofan's Commitment to Child Safety

Last Updated: January 1, 2025

At Gooofan, the safety and well-being of our users, especially minors, is our highest priority. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are fully committed to providing a secure environment for our global community and to complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our Safety Features & Practices

  • In-App Reporting: A dedicated reporting feature allows users to easily and confidentially report behavior that appears exploitative, abusive, or otherwise concerning. All reports are reviewed by our human safety team and are prioritized for immediate action.
  • Human Moderation: We employ a dedicated team of safety specialists who proactively monitor and review content and interactions on our platform to identify and remove policy-violating material.
  • Clear Community Guidelines: Our Community Guidelines explicitly prohibit the sharing of harmful content, including CSAE material, and outline the consequences for violations, including permanent account termination.

Our Reporting & Response Process

When a safety report is received or harmful content is identified through our moderation:

  1. It is immediately queued for review by our dedicated safety team.
  2. Our team conducts a thorough investigation of the report and the involved accounts.
  3. If we have a reasonable belief that any content constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we will:
    • Remove the content immediately from our platform.
    • Terminate permanently the accounts of anyone involved in distributing or soliciting such material.
    • Preserve all necessary evidence as required by law.
    • Report the incident immediately to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline and any other regional or national authorities as mandated by law.
